How To Pass Any Test Without Stress (and get excellent result)

Damn, I can’t believe I’m saying this

From our earliest, purest years as children to our boring, adult lives — life tested us every single day. Whether at school, at home, or any other scenario, life always had this “perverse” pleasure to challenge us.

Muscles grow from stress, lessons toughen us, hardships, challenges of any sort always seem to be against us although we feel amazing once we overcome them.

Each season has its own challenges. When the cold is coming, everyone gets mad. When it’s fasting time, everyone gets mad. When the exams are coming, everyone gets mad.

Is it all there is to these tests? Are they meant to be “undergone”? Could something as intelligent as Life put humans through hardships just for fun? When you express such statement, most will say “NO” and yet their actions seem to betray their words. Are you really acting on this NO? No!

Who’s fault is it? We’re experts at telling who to blame for our ‘misfortune’, this time it’s entirely on us. Yes our parents told us what to do and so did our teachers, and so did the system — but we always had free-will.

People think “geniuses” or “exceptional artists” or “prophets” are all “chosen” while the majority isn’t. The difference between a genius and others is that the genius questions. The “chosen” one doesn’t accept the limit imposed on him. The “prophet” knows that he has free-will no matter where he goes or what he does.

How much do you question your life? Your ego might come at the front of your mind and say “I question everything!” let it speak and then rethink about it, how much do you question your life? After you’re done thinking about it, answer this question: why does life constantly challenge you?

Is it really for you to suffer and then hope you get an “average” grade? “OMG, at least I passed”, excuse me, passed where? To the next level? A new class? A promotion? “Passing” with an average result and knowing deep inside nothing was mastered, is it success?

If not, then what are all these challenges about? If Life is Unbelievably Intelligent, if the goal isn’t to “pass” with an average result, if growth rhymes with a total embracing of the lessons you go through — then what are these challenge’s real goals?

Do you remember the time you were in school? Do you remember the stress you had when you didn’t do your homework? Or perhaps how you feared the other kids would unite against you? When you think about it right now, it seems nostalgic, for others traumatic, but at the end of the day — it reminds you of a time you conquered, it gives the feeling of having accomplished this task of yours.

Now why school? Or anything that happened a while back? Because this is the general amount of time most take to fully digest their lessons. You can think of it as an analogy to the way we eat. The more you eat, the slower your digestion, the less you eat, the faster your digestion. If you’re constantly bombarding yourself of experiences and traumas, you don’t let enough space for yourself to digest your lessons.

School happened when you were a kid, today you’re an adult or whatever. You can look back at these lessons and feel you’ve mastered them. What makes you feel you’ve mastered them? Is it a simple ‘time-letting’ process? Or is there more?

Now there’s another issue with the way we deal with our lessons. If we need time to ‘digest’ them so we can move on and master them, how many lessons will we be able to master at this rhythm? Or better, in this lifetime?

Working the same way on your lessons — which means slowly digesting them for eons — you might not master all the lessons life throws at you. You might simply pass with an average grade ;). Is it what you really want? Wouldn’t you like to have this same feeling of heroism for all of your other lessons? Of course you’d like it.

Question. Question it. You’re your own genius. Life throws consecutive lessons to you, you digest slowly to master them (over years) or simply pass with an average result (without mastery). This process lacks something. You won’t find it in books, you won’t find with your neighbor — you will have to ask yourself and trust your creative abilities — what’s missing?

The ‘beginner’ lessons teach survival— the ‘master’ lessons teaches detachment. You can call this Transcendance.

Life is cyclic. Today or tomorrow it might be your birthday, and so the next year, and so on. Nature constantly moves, whether you like it or not, winter is going to be cold, the sky’s going to get dark. Whether you like it or not a ton of things are out of your control and simply move accordingly to their plan. Move. Read again, move.

Everything is vibrating. Everything is rhythmic. Everything constantly moves. You, as a human being constantly transform. Look at your evolution from a fetus to a baby, then a child, then a teen, then an adult, then an elder and then you know what.

Life doesn’t wait for you to understand what’s obvious. The Laws that govern our Universe aren’t like the ones we created for ourselves — where men lose time speaking, nature invest it in acting. If you want to understand the hidden aspects of life, simply observe. No textbooks, no courses, it’s all in front of you.

The Universal Laws speak less than the human laws. The human laws act less than the Universal Laws.

There are two reasons we’re constantly being tested.

First, we barely acknowledge the test in front of us. A test will always start in a little way, and then snowball (if we don’t pay attention) until it becomes this gigantic problem that drastically change our life. The fact that we don’t notice most of the tests in our lives makes them come over and over again.

Last, conventional wisdom made us believe we’re tested to “pass”, the proof lies in what is considered to be average enough for you to move on to the next level. Life doesn’t give a dam about it, Life will test everyone with a single goal in mind: to make you transcend those tests.

What transcendance is

If you could sum up transcendance in few words, you’d get: Detachment, Unity, Humility, Preparation.

Detachment: you can’t start a fight with an emotional confusion. If you wish to transcend any lesson life offers you — your task is to first detach emotionally. Why? Because when you’re acting from an emotional stance, you’re not seeing the whole picture: your entire experience is filtered by this anger, depression or fear you might feel. To transcend means to disconnect from everything, keep an empty mind, and act from a pure source of clarity.

Unity: just as detachment teaches, once you’re able to disconnect emotionally from any challenging situation, you get the feeling that others are you, that you are them and that each of us is simply doing her task for the greater good. The main lesson detachment teaches is Unity, once you’re in without any emotion filtering your perspective — there’s only place for unity and that’s from where the strongest comes from.

Humility: After feeling as a part of the whole and seeing in the world around you, your own self — you learn humility, which states that we are all part of a universal body, no one is better or worse. The universe is an intelligent body and each one of us is accomplishing a task in its bigger scheme.

Preparation: from these lessons comes the last one which is preparation. Many ones have gone through the lessons but only a few learned preparation which means absorbing the test and being ready for its return — because it will. There is no heroism in stating that you’re strong, let the challenge prove it to yourself. Each time you think you’re ready, life is watching and will send you an immediate answer as a test.

With these guiding points in mind, transcendance becomes the way. You’re not averaging here, you’re not escaping by luck — you’re demonstrating your worth in front of adversity, you’re absorbing the lessons, transcending the tests and readying yourself for the next challenges to come.

By transcending anything, you don’t need eons to digest the lessons, you conquer everything right from the beginning. The master sleeps within you, waiting for your to wake up. Don’t let the average driven world make you live an average existence — transcend.
